About Chef Jason: Jason has been a Chef for over twenty-five years, mostly in Houston, Texas before moving to Durango, CO in 2007. His food can be described as "New American", strongly influenced by European technique.
About the Restaurant: Olio is a cozy restaurant, wine bar, and art gallery. The menu changes weekly based on local ingredients, the wine list is extensive, and the art (featuring local artists) changes every 1-2 months.
